Join Melissa and Jim for Singing Bowl Meditation at the Tree of Life Shoppe. On the third Sunday of every month at 2:00 PM come relax and restore for your weekend. The sounds and resonance of singing bowls will be soothing yet powerful for the mind, body, and soul.

About the event
Join Melissa and Jim of Zen with Zegley for sixty minutes of meditation at Tree of Life Shoppe. The sounds and resonance of Tibetan Singing Bowls will be soothing yet powerful for the mind, body and soul. The benefits of sound are vast. Each participant will have an experience unique to them. We will be setting an intention at the beginning of meditation and letting the energy unfold. Due to ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, please bring your own yoga mat or blanket to lay down during meditation so you can completely relax. Maximum of eight people so we can follow social distancing guidelines.
