About the event
An hour of yoga appropriate for all levels, shapes and sizes. In this class you will be offered options to make the poses work for your body.
Please contact us to reserve your spot. We will be limiting class size to ten people due to room size.
Please bring your own mat if you have one. $10.00 per class.
