Introduction to Singing Bowls

This workshop gives the participants an introduction to Singing Bowls.  Jim will be bring his singing bowl collection, offering a brief history, talking about their benefits and demonstrating how to play them. There will be a singing bowl meditation at the end.  The workshop may include an Energy Sharing Session.
